Most of the polled Russians - 36% - believes that Ukraine is a civil war

Ukraine Crisis Index is based on the question “Do you think that the direction in which the situation is developing in Ukraine in recent years?” and shows the direction of changes in the general situation in Ukraine. The index is considered as a difference of positive and negative responses, measured in points, and can range from -100 to 100. The higher the index value, the greater the confidence that the situation in Ukraine is normalized.
