High Voltage weightless build a bridge from the water

Between the two beakers with water by passing it through their high-voltage bridge formed by flowing water.
While H2O - one of the most important and common chemicals on earth, it still remains a mystery to scientists. There have been many studies to find out the structure of water outside the scale of one molecule. It is believed that it was this level is responsible for many of the unique properties of water. However, the nature of this structure, driven by hydrogen bonds, is currently unknown.
