Demographics and history …

It is alleged that a steady decline in fertility is an attribute of this most notorious of the demographic transition, and (this decline) has appeared in recent decades in some communities in North America and Europe.
So this statement is for anyone interested in the history a little bit weird … Take for example, is quite far nearer (in time) from us as ancient Roman society.
