The basis for the creation of cyborgs

Scientists from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine offered a completely new technology to splice human nervous system with artificial limbs.
Smith and his colleagues presented the idea of a transplanted living nervous tissue already spliced to the electrodes. It is implanted into the patient no electrodes, which take root with probability far from 100%, but living neurons, guaranteed bonded with non-living flesh of the electrodes.
