Ukrainians invented watermelon alcohol

Ukrainian scientists have learned to drive alcohol from … watermelons. In the Southern Institute of Vegetable and cultures Bashtan Academy of Sciences of Ukraine brought four varieties of melons and watermelons with a high sugar content.
It is from these sorts of melons, now you can make alcohol. It suggests that the latter not only does not differ from the traditional, but also has useful properties.
