Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) announced at an international conference in Tokyo, plans to build a lunar base by 2030, reports Physorg. Previously, the country planned to build it in 2025. The following year, the agency intends to send to the moon orbiting satellite and a probe that will collect samples of minerals. Japanese astronauts will also fly to the Moon in 2020.
