World Digital Library

Das Projekt wurde mit der Teilnahme von Google erstellt, ist es von der UNESCO und IFLA (International Federation of Library Associations) unterstützt. Eine Vereinbarung zwischen der National Library of Russia (NLR) und der Library of Congress. Der Entwurf des World Digital Library hat ihre Teilnahme bereits zugesagt Bibliotheca Alexandrina Ägypten (Bibliotheca Alexandrina). Die Ziele des World Digital Library ist die Erhebung und Verarbeitung der Bücher, Manuskripte, Fotos, Audio-Materialien, um die Kultur der verschiedenen Völker und ethnischen Gruppen zusammen.
